This Policy applies to paid Dataedgeops enrollments confirmed by invoice. Website pricing is informational only; refunds follow the invoice terms and this Policy.
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment if you have not accessed more than one graded lab submission and have not attended a live Continuum Seat workshop day. After that window, partial refunds may apply as described below.
Refund requests must be emailed to info@dataedgeops.digital with your invoice number and reason. We acknowledge requests within three business days.
Full refund: unused Field Desk or Assurance Studio seats within the 7-day window and under the access limits above. Partial refund: after the window, we may refund 50% of tuition if fewer than three modules have been unlocked and no live workshop has been consumed. Continuum Seat cohort fees are refundable pro-rata only for unused named seats withdrawn at least 14 days before the cohort start; workshop days already delivered are non-refundable.
Third-party software licenses, travel, onsite facilitation expenses already incurred, completed live workshop days, and certificates already issued are non-refundable.
After eligibility review, we confirm the amount in writing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to the paying entity.
Refunds typically complete within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank processing times outside Korea may add delay beyond our control.
We reverse card or transfer payments used for the invoice. We do not issue cash at the Cheongju office.
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for the cancelled seats.
Documented medical emergencies or mandatory military duty affecting a named learner may qualify for extended transfer rights even when a cash refund is unavailable. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in suspension of future enrollments pending resolution.
